| Who We Are |
Who We Are
Justice For Labor Association is a non-profit grassroots operation for organizing and collective bargaining for organizers. Justice For Labor fundamentally believes that Labor Unions and Labor Associations must get back to the basics. Our mission, principals, and philosophies are based in the belief that organizers deserve the same rights, hours and working conditions for themselves as those they are organizing. More importantly they deserve the respect for the work and devotion to our industry.
The concept for Justice For Labor was born from individuals that have devoted years of their lives to upholding what they believe traditional Unions were supposed to be about.
Justice For Labor believes that in order for the Labor movement to succeed it requires organizers that choice to remain in our industry. The trend reflects that most organizers burnout within two years and leave the industry. Growth in organizing means we have to realize that organizing is an industry and a seasoned organizer takes years to become a professional.
Addressing the issue that there is a shortage of well trained organizers is the beginning of addressing the issue that we need to come together as a whole industry, to collectively organize so that we will want to remain in our industry for the duration of our careers. The labor movement as a whole benefits when this happens.
